Serve with rice or with some delicious tandoori nun roti or any kind of bread.
Things you need: salt, tomatoes, 1 whole onion chopped (if the onion is big, just half should be enough), ground cumin, chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, vegetable oil, any kind of meat masala, mine is Shan chops/steaks mix (brought from Indian grocery), if nothing, just ground cumin works good.
1.Boil the cubes of beef with water level upto the meat. Scoop out that stuff after few minutes of boiling.
2. Add everything in: I normally throw the ingredients in there. But to be particular i believe, I use around 3/4-1 lbs beef. Use about 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of meat masala (optional). half chopped onion or full if its small. one full large tomato, 1/8 teaspoon of turmeric, chili powder depends on how spicy you want (1/4 teaspoon is mild), 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon of oil (if you have a fatty cut of meat, you shouldn’t need it).

3. Cover and set timer for 15 minutes. (Do not have to add water if you are cooking in a pressure cooker)
4. After 10-15 minutes, check your stew. Pour water over the pressure cooker to open safely.
5.This is what it should look like. Meat is done here but if you want it more tender, cook for little bit more. (I did for 5ive more minutes)
